1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Basket Bot ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Basket Bot, operated by Rebrandmint LLC.

2. Description of Service

Basket Bot is an AI-powered platform designed for professional basketball players and sports agents. Our services include AI-driven agent matchmaking, contract review and analysis, career analytics and salary estimates, a 24/7 AI assistant, in-app messaging, and player/agent directory access. The Platform covers 700+ leagues across 50+ countries.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must select your correct role (Player or Agent) during registration.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Basket Bot offers free and paid subscription tiers.
• Paid subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

5. AI-Powered Features Disclaimer

Basket Bot uses artificial intelligence to provide contract review, matchmaking, analytics, and chat features. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI contract review is not legal advice. Our AI analysis identifies potential issues and provides general guidance, but it is not a substitute for review by a qualified sports attorney.
• Matchmaking is algorithmic. Agent matches are generated by AI based on available data and do not constitute endorsements or guarantees of agent quality or suitability.
• Analytics are estimates. Salary projections and career analytics are based on historical data and AI modeling. Actual outcomes may vary significantly.
• AI responses may contain errors. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify critical information independently.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your identity, credentials, or role.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without permission.
• Harass, threaten, or send unsolicited commercial messages to other users.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or access paid features without authorization.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• Misrepresent your status as a FIBA-licensed agent or professional player.

7. Agent Verification

Basket Bot provides agent verification features based on publicly available FIBA licensing data. While we make reasonable efforts to verify agent credentials, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of verification status. Users should independently verify agent credentials before entering into any business relationship or agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, code, AI models, and content, is owned by Rebrandmint LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as contracts and profile information). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basket Bot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability and intellectual property) shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
